HOT BROCCOLI DIP
1/2 large onion, chopped 1/2 stick butter 3 packages (10 oz. each) chopped broccoli 2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) cream of chicken soup 1 (6 oz.) package Rondelle semi-soft garlic cheese 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained corn chips (to serve)
Saute onion in butter.
Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain if necessary.
Mix broccoli, soup, onion, soup, cheese and mushrooms in large pan and heat until bubbling.
Serve with dip-size corn chips.
