HOMINY DISH
1 large can white hominy (#1, drained) 1 Tablespoon grated onion 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup coarsely shredded Monterey Jack Cheese 2 canned green chilies, seeds rinsed out, diced salt to taste dry bread crumbs for topping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix ingredients and pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with dry bread crumbs.
Bake for 1/2 hour.
