QUICK SHRIMP SALAD
2 hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped 1/2 head lettuce, shredded fine. 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 stalk green onion, chopped 1 (7 oz.) can small shrimp, drained 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/8th tsp. each salt and Lawry's seasoned salt dash pepper 2 rounded Tbl. mayonnaise.
Mix all ingredients together and thoroughly chill before serving. Serves two.
