FLUFFY ORANGE PIE
2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (about 50 wafers) 1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened 1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk) 1 (6 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 1 cup (1/2 pint) heavy (whipping) cream, whipped
Combine crumbs and margarine; press firmly on bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Chill.
Meanwhile, in large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk then juice concentrate until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Pile into crust. Chill 2 hours or until set.
Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
