MOCK STEAK

1 pound lean hamburger
1 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (if using cubes, crush to crumbs)
1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup tomato juice

Mix all ingredients together and shape into 5 to 6 oblong patties.

Cook or grill as hamburgers, about 10 minutes.
