There are two ways to make this but the best way is the first way. I tripped onto this while trying to make burgers

Mix BBQ sauce and ground beef and for the best turnout. Cook on the grill in a pan of some sort (add BBQ sauce after its cooked) or you can cook on the stove.

For leftovers cook rice and add veggie of your choice.

I know it sounds weird but it is actually good.
