CHOCOLATE CAPPUCINO SAUCE1 (12 oz) pkg semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup heavy (whipping) cream 1/2 cup cold strong coffee 1 teaspoon instant espresso or instant coffee (dry) Melt chocolate chips in heavy 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently; remove from heat.
