CHOCOLATE CAPPUCINO SAUCE1 (12 oz) pkg semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy (whipping) cream
1/2 cup cold strong coffee
1 teaspoon instant espresso or instant coffee (dry)
Melt chocolate chips in heavy 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently; remove from heat.
Stir in whipping cream; stir in remaining ingredients until smooth.
Serve warm or cool over ice cream, cake or brownies.
Makes about 2 cups sauce
