CRANBERRY CREAM PUNCH
Cranberry Ice Ring (recipe follows) or ice 1 (14 ounce) can EagleŽ Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk) 1 (12 ounce) can frozen cranberry juice cocktail concentrate, thawed 1 cup cranberry-flavored liqueur, optional Red food coloring, optional 2 bottles (1 liter each) club soda or ginger ale, chilled
Prepare ice ring in advance.
In punch bowl, combine EagleŽ Brand, cranberry concentrate, liqueur and food coloring if desired. Just before serving, add club soda and Cranberry Ice Ring. Refrigerate leftovers.
CRANBERRY ICE RING
2 cups prepared cranberry juice cocktail 1 1/2 cups water 3/4 to 1 cup cranberries lime slices or fresh mint leaves
Combine cranberry juice cocktail with 1 1/2 cups water.
In 1 1/2-quart ring mold, pour 1/2 cup of the cranberry liquid.
Arrange cranberries and lime slices or mint leaves in mold; freeze.
Add remaining 3 cups cranberry liquid to mold; freeze.
