KITCHEN SINK BREAKFAST

1/4 lb. bacon
1 large onion, chopped and sauteed
2 cups boiled potatoes, cubed and browned in bacon drippings.
6 eggs, beaten
3 Tablespoons Horseradish (or more to taste)
Salt and pepper if desired.

Brown the bacon until crisp. Set aside.

Brown onion and potatoes in bacon drippings.

Add eggs beaten with horseradish to skillet, cook until done.

Garnish with bacon and serve with ketchup and a sprig of parsley.
