GRINDER DELUXE WITH A HONEY-HORSERADISH DIJON
FOR THE SPREAD: 1/2 cup Dijon mustard 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp horseradish FOR THE SANDWICH: 4 slices pumpernickel bread 1/4 lb smoked turkey thin slices prosciutto 1 roasted pepper, cut in half 2 slices aged provolone
TO MAKE THE SPREAD: Mix the Dijon mustard, honey, and horseradish all together. May be made ahead and refrigerated.
TO MAKE THE GRINDER DELUXE: Spread the mustard mixture on the four slices bread. Next, on one of the sandwiches lay down half of the smoked turkey, proscuitto, provolone, and roasted pepper half. Then do the same for the other sandwich.
