THE BEST TEXAS BBQ 3 to 4 Tri-tip beef steaks (or steak of your choice)
1/2 cup (Bullseye) BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup Italian Dressing
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons Peach Preserves
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 onion, sliced
Combine all liquid ingredients and sliced onions in a medium bowl. Submerge steaks into liquid, marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator prior to cooking.
Grill over indirect heat to preferred doneness. Make sure to only flip meat once!!
