BLUEBERRY ICE CREAM2 cups blueberries, (fresh or frozen without sugar)
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy (whipping) cream
3/4 cup sugar
In a blender or processor, combine berries, milk, cream and sugar. Puree.
Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
Makes about 1 quart
