SPICY RANCH BEANS

2 cans (16 ounces each) B&M Original Brick Oven Baked Beans
1 1/2 cups chunky style salsa
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
4 ounces shredded hot pepper Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In ungreased 13-by-9-inch (3-quart) baking dish or pan, combine beans, salsa and lime juice; mix well. Sprinkle with tortilla chips.

Bake 10-12 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Sprinkle with cilantro.

Makes 8 (3/4 cup each) servings
