FRENCH ONION BREAD

1 1/3 cups French's French Fried Onions
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (11 ounce) container refrigerated soft bread sticks
1 egg white, beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place onions into large, resealable, plastic food-storage bag. Lightly crush onions with hands or with rolling pin.

Combine onions and cheese in shallow bowl.

Separate dough into 12 pieces on a sheet of waxed paper.

Brush one side of dough with egg white. Dip pieces wet side down into crumbs, pressing firmly. Baste top surface with egg white and dip into crumbs.

Twist dough to form a spiral. Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining breadsticks.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden.
