Try substituting a small chopped jalapeno pepper for the red chili pepper for an interesting twist." 1 mango, peeled, pitted and finely diced 1 small red bell pepper, seeds and membrane removed and finely diced 1 small red chili pepper, thinly sliced 1/4 cup lime juice 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro (fresh coriander) Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
