CINNAMON PEACH CRISP
1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats 1/2 cup granola (sweetened) 1/4 cup all purpose flour, divided use 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed 1/4 cup butter or margarine 5 cups peeled and sliced fresh peaches 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp butter or margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease and 8-inch square baking dish.
In a medium bowl combine oats, granola, 3 tablespoons flour and brown sugar Cut in 1/4 cup butter until crumbly.
Place 1/2 of the peach slices in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon flour. Sprinkle with half of the oat mixture, then remaining peaches and top with oat mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon, drizzle with melted butter.
