APPLE CRUNCH
1 cup sugar 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 cups sifted flour 2 cups chopped apple 2 Tablespoons lemon juice Dash nutmeg and cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8-inch square pan or baking dish.
Mix sugar and sour cream together. Stir in baking soda and salt.
Stir apples into flour and fold into sugar mixture. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm with cream.
