THE ULTIMATE SHRIMP ARTICHOKE SPREAD

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (7-oz.) can artichoke hearts, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup peeled, cooked and chopped shrimp
Paprika
Baked pita chips, crackers, or tortilla chips (for serving)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium bowl, combine cheeses, artichoke, garlic powder and mayonnaise, and mix well. Gently stir in green onion and shrimp. Spread into a 1-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve immediately with chips or crackers.

TO MAKE AHEAD:
Can be made up to 2 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Allow to return to room temperature before baking.
