HERBED PITA CHIPS
1/3 cup olive oil 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed 1 (12 ounces) package pita bread (6 rounds)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix oil, garlic, and seasonings together.
Split each pita bread in half to form 2 rounds. Brush each pita bread round with the oil mixture.
Cut each round into 8 wedges. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp.
