FRESH PEACH CHEESE PIE1 ( 8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 Tbsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. milk 1 ( 12 oz. ) pkg. frozen whipped topping, thawed 3 medium peaches 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix 1 cup cold milk 1/4 tsp. almond extract 1 ( 9 inch) baked pie shell* Blend 2 tablespoons milk and sugar into cream cheese and beat until mixture is smooth. Stir half of whipped topping into cheese. Spread mixture in baked pie shell. Peel and slice two peaches; arrange evenly over cheese mixture. Prepare instant pudding with 1 cup milk and add flavoring. Fold in remaining whipped topping and spoon mixture over peaches. Chill for 2-3 hours. At serving time, slice remaining peach for garnish. *For the easiest pie crust ever, spread dry granola in pie pan and carefully spoon in filling. Works fine for most unbaked pies.
