MOCK BOURSIN WITH PEPPER
"Tastes like French Boursin au Pouvre. This spread gets instant raves."
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tsp caraway seed 1 tsp basil 1 tsp dill weed 1 tsp chopped chives lemon pepper
Blend together cream cheese with garlic, caraway, basil, dill weed and chives.
Pat into round flat shape.
Roll on all sides in lemon pepper.
