SEAFOOD CHEESE ROUND
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Dash garlic powder 1/2 c. finely chopped celery 1 tbsp. finely chopped chives 3/4 c. chili sauce 2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, rinsed & drained 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, flaked 2 tbsp. chopped parsley Assorted crackers
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in celery and chives. Spread cream cheese mixture into 9 inch pie plate (or dinner plate). Combine chili sauce and pickle relish. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Combine shrimp and crabmeat and spread over chili sauce mixture. Sprinkle parsley over all. Cover and chill several hours. Serve with crackers.
