RED WHITE AND BLUE DESSERT
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk 1/3 c. lemon juice 2 tsp. grated lemon rind 2 c. plain yogurt 2 c. white miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 pt. fresh strawberries, rinsed & sliced 1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, well drained
In large bowl combine milk, lemon rind and juice; mix well. Stir in yogurt, marshmallows and pecans. In a 9 x 13 inch pan spread 1/2 of milk mixture. Arrange 1/2 strawberries and 1/2 blueberries on top. Cover with remaining milk mixture. Top with remaining fruit. Cover with foil and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer for 10 minutes before slicing. |
