THANKSGIVING FEAST PUMPKIN BARS
FOR THE BATTER: 2 c. flour 2 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. sugar 2 cups pumpkin 1 c. oil (vegetable) 4 eggs 1 c. nuts, optional FROSTING: 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/3 c. butter 1 tsp. cream 1 tsp. vanilla 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients for the batter together.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes two 9 x 13 inch pans. Cool.
Mix all frosting ingredients; spread on cooled bars.
