PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine 1 lb. powdered sugar 2 c. chunky peanut butter 2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix oleo and powdered sugar in mixer until blended. By hand, add peanut butter and other ingredients. Shape into walnut size balls.
Then melt: 1 giant Hershey bar 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1/2 bar paraffin (food grade)
Melt together and watch carefully. Using tongs dip balls into chocolate mixture, completely covering them. Place on wax paper until chocolate hardens.
HINT: Melt chocolate mixture in a double boiler then pour into crock pot and keep on low. Chocolate will not stick or harden.
