FRUITED PASTA SALAD
1 1/3 c. rotini, uncooked 2 c. chopped cooked chicken 1 1/2 c. sliced celery 1 c. seedless green grapes, halved 1/4 c. chopped purple onion 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained 1/4 c. commercial buttermilk dressing 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.
Combine buttermilk dressing and remaining ingredients. Pour over pasta mixture, tossing gently. Cover and chill.
Yield 4-6 servings.
