GRANOLA SQUARES1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky) 1/2 cup honey or molasses 1.2 cup dry milk powder 1/2 cup wheat germ 1 cup granola 1/2 cup coconut 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, lightly toasted (or substitute sunflower seeds) Line a 9-by-13-inch pan with parchment paper or greased with a mixture of a few drops of liquid lecithin and oil. In a food processor, blender or mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey or molasses. Add dry milk, wheat germ, granola and coconut, and mix well. Spread mixture in prepared pan.
