GRANOLA SQUARES

1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1/2 cup honey or molasses
1.2 cup dry milk powder
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 cup granola
1/2 cup coconut
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, lightly toasted (or substitute sunflower seeds)

Line a 9-by-13-inch pan with parchment paper or greased with a mixture of a few drops of liquid lecithin and oil.

In a food processor, blender or mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey or molasses. Add dry milk, wheat germ, granola and coconut, and mix well.

Spread mixture in prepared pan. Press pumpkin seeds into mixture.

Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares and refrigerate.

Makes 4 dozen
