PORK CRUMBLES
1 pound lean ground pork 1/2 cup beer 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 3/4 tsp. ground pepper salt to taste 6 soft sandwich buns
In large skillet, crumble pork and cook until done. Break apart as it cooks (pork will be white). Drain well; add beer, sugar, dry mustard and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Salt to taste. Place on sandwich buns; serve with pickles, chopped onion and mustard, if desired.
