GRILLED MEATLOAF BURGERS
1 lb ground hamburger
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup rolled oats, uncooked
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon minced dried onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
American cheese slices
Burger buns or Kaiser rolls (for serving)
Mix all ingredients (except cheese and buns) lightly. Form into 4 balls and flatten into patties.
Grill over medium-high heat, turning once, until well done.
Add a slice of American cheese and serve on hamburger buns or Kaiser Rolls.
