BASIC BEST SALMON LOAF
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can Alaska Salmon 2 cup soft bread crumbs 1/2 cup finely minced onion 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup fat-free milk 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 tsp dill weed 1 dash ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat an 8x4x2-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
Drain and flake salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine flaked salmon and reserved liquid with remaining ingredients. Place in prepared loaf pan.
Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
