GINA'S GRAND CHICKEN SALAD
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pouched 2 tablespoon mayonnaise 2 tablespoon sour cream 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon curry powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper about 1 teaspoon grated onion 1 cup seedless grapes, sliced in half 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Shred chicken after it has cooled off (I usually refrigerate it.) Place the chicken in a bowl, add the mayo, sour cream, seasonings, grated onion, grapes, celery, and nuts and begin blending together.
Serve with wheat crackers on a bed of lettuce.
