SAVORY RICE MEATBALLS1 cup Minute Rice 1 pound ground beef 1/8 teaspoon marjoram 2 teaspoons grated onion 2 1/2 cups tomato juice, divided use 1 egg, slightly beaten 2 teaspoons salt Dash of ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon sugar Mix the rice, egg, beef, seasonings, and 1/2 cup of the tomato juice. Gently shape mixture into small balls. Blend sugar and remaining 2 cups tomato juice. Pour into skillet with meat balls. Bring just to a boil. Cover; simmer 15 minutes, basting occasionally.
