SIRLOIN TIPS WITH NOODLES2 pounds sirloin tip (or 3 pounds chuck arm steak) 2 tablespoons flour 1 to 2 teaspoons chili powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/4 cup Wesson Oil 1 (6 ounces) can Hunt's Tomato Paste 2 cups water 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 1 (8 ounce) package noodles Trim fat from meat; cut meat in about 2x 1/2-inch-strips. Toss meat with flour, chili powder, salt and pepper. In skillet brown meat in oil. Stir in tomato paste, water, onion and green pepper. Simmer, covered, about 1 hour or until meat is tender. Meanwhile, cook noodles and drain; keep hot. Arrange noodles on serving platter; spoon meat and sauce over.
