OAT AND HONEY BARS
1 cup margarine or butter, softened 1/3 cup honey 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup butterscotch chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In large bowl, beat margarine, honey and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Add flour, rolled oats and salt; mix well. Stir in butterscotch chips. Press in ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Cut into bars.
