Recipe: Yogurt Cheese

YOGURT CHEESE

4 cups yogurt

Place yogurt into a sieve lined with cheesecloth. PLace this over a bowl in the refridgerator overnight.

This may be used in place of cottage cheese, or ricotta and is especially good in lasagna!
