BORSCHT2 cups sour cream, divided use 1/2 of a small lemon, peeled and seeded 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon celery salt 1/4 teaspoon onion salt 1 cup diced cooked beets Put 1 3/4 cups sour cream and all remaining ingredients into Sunbeam Blender; cover and process at Puree until smooth.
