BURGER STROGANOFF1/2 cup minced onion 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1 pound ground beef 1 clove garlic, minced 2 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 pound mushrooms, sliced 2 tablespoons flour 1 cup sour cream hot cooked noodles, rice or mashed potatoes (for serving) Preheat Multi-Cooker Frypan to 340 degrees F. Cook onion in hot butter in Frypan about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add beef, garlic, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook, stirring with a fork until meat is broken up and has lost its red color. Sprinkle flour over top of meat mixture and cook. stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Lower heat to Simmer. Add sour cream and heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
