IMPERIAL VALLEY BLUE CHEESE DRESSING1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup salad oil
1 (8 ounce) package blue cheese
1 clove garlic, cut up
Place all ingredients into Sunbeam Blender. Cover and process at Mix until mixture is smooth.
Makes 2 1/2 cups
