ROYAL RICE
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions with tops 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 3 cups cooked rice (cooked in beef broth) 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained 1 teaspoon salt
Saute onions in butter until tender.
Add rice, mushrooms, and salt. Heat thoroughly. Fluff lightly with a fork.
