BETTER POTATO BUTTER

"The measure of Tabasco sauce in the recipe subtly brings out the flavor of the butter and the potato. Add a few more drops of TABASCO if desired."

1/4 cup melted butter or margarine (or use softened butter or margarine at the table)
1 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve on baked potatoes.
