ELAINE`S FAVORITE PORK
2 pounds pork country-style ribs 1 pound Polish or Kielbasa sausage 1 (32 ounce) jar sauerkraut I envelope onion soup mix 1 tablespoon brown sugar 2 teaspoons dried dillweed 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut up
Place ribs in flat baking pan. Brown ribs in a 325 degree F oven for 45 minutes.
Cut sausage into 6 pieces. Add to ribs and bake 15 minutes more. Remove meat from oven.
Rinse sauerkraut and mix in onion soup mix, brown sugar, and dillweed; set aside.
Add potatoes to meat and cover with the sauerkraut mixture.
Cover and bake in a 325 degree F oven for 2 hours longer.
