HOLIDAY CHEESE SPREAD

1 (12 oz.) container Wispride Cheddar Cheese
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter
1/2 of an 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (4 oz.)
2 tsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 oz. dry cocktail sherry (do not leave out !)

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Beat well until smooth. Place in a serving dish, cover and refrigerate.

Remove from refrigerator one hour before serving.

Serve with assorted crackers.
