BAKED TURKEY CHILI
2 lb. ground turkey 1 tablespoon oil 1 cup finely chopped onion 2 cans (15 oz. each) tomato sauce 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained 3-4 tablespoons chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
In 4-quart Dutch oven, brown ground turkey in oil; add onion and cook until crisp- tender. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Cover; bake at 325 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly.
