HOMEMADE CARAMEL BUTTER SAUCE
1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter 1/2 cup heavy (whipping) cream 1 teaspoon vanilla
In 1-quart saucepan combine all ingredients except vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens and conies to a full boil (4 to 5 minutes). Boil 1 minute. Stir in vanilla.
Serve over cake, ice cream, desserts, etc. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
