CREAMY CUKES
3 cups thinly sliced cucumbers 1 cup thinly sliced radish 1 cup sliced green onion 1 cup dairy sour cream 3 tablespoons Dijon-style prepared mustard 1 teaspoon each sugar, salt and basil 1/8 teaspoon pepper
In large bowl, combine cucumbers, radishes and onion. Refrigerate, covered, 1-2 hours.
In small bowl, combine sour cream, mustard, sugar, salt, basil and pepper. Refrigerate, covered, 1-2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
Just before serving, gently toss sour cream mixture with cucumber mixture. Serve immediately.
