STRAWBERRY TRIFLE

1 (3 to 4-ounce) package vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
1 (8 ounce) carton (1 cup) Land O Lakes Sour Cream (Regular, Light or NoFat)
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
2 cups (1 pint) heavy (whipping) cream, whipped
1/2 (10-inch) tube angel food cake, cut into small pieces
2 pints fresh strawberries, hulled, sliced

In large mixer bowl place instant pudding, sour cream, milk and orange peel. Heat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until thick and well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).

By hand, gently stir in whipped cream.

In large serving bowl layer 1/2 cake pieces, 1/3 strawberries and 1/2 pudding mixture. Repeat layers. Arrange remaining strawberries on top.

Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
