QUICK PEACH COBBLER

1 (21 oz) can peach pie filling
2 cups frozen peach slices, thawed
1 cup Original Bisquick mix
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
Additional sugar, if desired (for garnish)
Ground nutmeg, if desired (for garnish)

In ungreased 8-inch square pan, spread pie filling and peach slices; place in cold oven.

Heat oven to 400 degrees F; let pie filling heat 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix Bisquick, 1 tablespoon sugar, the milk and butter with fork until soft dough forms.

Remove pan from oven. Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto warm peach mixture. Sprinkle with additional sugar and nutmeg.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until topping is light brown.

HIGH ALTITUDE (3500-6500 ET): Place pan with pie filling in cold oven. Heat oven to 425 degrees F; let pie filling heat 15 minutes.
