FIESTA CORN AND CHICKEN SOUP
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can Del Monte Whole Kernel Fiesta Corn, drained 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Garlic and Onion 2 cups water 1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules 1/2 tsp. ground cumin or chili powder 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
Combine corn, undrained tomatoes, water, bouillon granules and cumin in large saucepan. Bring just to boil. Stir in chicken; heat through.
Top each serving with crushed tortilla chips.
