SPICY SWISS CHEESE SAUCE
1 tablespoon butter 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon flour 1 cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 2 drops hot pepper sauce 4 slices (1/4 pound) grated process Swiss cheese 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add salt and flour. Stir until smooth. Gradually add Carnation, Worcestershire and hot pepper sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened (about 5 minutes).
Add cheese and pimiento and stir until cheese melts.
Serve sauce over broccoli or your favorite vegetable.
