ZIPPY CHEESE SAUCE
1 tablespoon butter 1/4 teaspoon salt Dash cayenne 1 tablespoon flour 1 cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese 2 drops hot pepper sauce
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add salt, cayenne and flour. Stir until smooth. Gradually add Carnation. Continue stirring over medium heat until thickened and smooth (about 5 minutes).
Add Cheese and pepper sauce. Stir until cheese melts.
Great way to liven up hamburgers.
